We also do a lot of work on what I call ‘deconditioning’ – the shift from an investment banking structure to a more flexible and entrepreneurial approach requires massive adjustments and you will have to let go of some habits and beliefs you had about (hard) work, linearity of time, what constitutes success, pivoting and changing elements (or all) of your project.

You will also gain an understanding of how to run your due diligence on financials as well as resources and timelines. We will also consider the due diligence on how you resonate with the project, the preparation encompasses everything from understand what your next iteration should be to how to deploy things practically.
